We started Ink & Bloom workshops because we believe that making things with your hands not only evokes a deep sense of joy and satisfaction from the process but is also a powerful tool for harnessing our well-being as a mindfulness practise.
Creative workshops provide a calm, open opportunity for connecting with ourselves in a deeper way, something we usually neglect in the day to day business of life.
